Pecan Praline Cake


 

Ingredients

* For the cake
☞ Chopped pecans
☞ Softened butter
☞ Fresh cheese
☞ brown sugar
☞ Large eggs
   ☞ All-purpose white lily flour
☞ Vanilla extract
☞ Small pieces of chocolate

* For the icing

☞ Heavy cream
   ☞ Brown sugar
☞ Light corn syrup
☞ Vanilla extract
☞ Kosher salt
☞ Roasted and chopped pecans *

   Assemble 1. Grease pan and sprinkle toasted pecans over bottom. 2. Soften the butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. 3. Mix the butter and cream cheese. 4. Add the brown sugar and mix well. 5. Add the eggs, one at a time. 6. Mix well after each addition. 7. After the last addition of eggs, remove them from the blender. 8. Stir in the flour, vanilla, toasted nuts and pieces of caramel. 9. Bake for 1 1/2 hours and let cool. ENJOY !
